Returns / Refunds Policy

• Returns or Refund requests can be accepted within 30 days of product delivery. 
• An R.M.A.(Return Material Authorization) number must accompany all returns.

• Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
• Shipping instructions, destination and method will be sent to you by Email.
• Product return shipping address will be specific to the product requested for return.
• Return product must be properly packaged for shipment to prevent damage.
• Refunds can only be processed after the returned product has been inspected by our staff.
• Products failing inspection will be returned only upon request.

Due to the variety of product offered here each request must be handled seperately to meet each manufacturers guidlines.
Extended warrenty may exist for some product lines.
